Disable multi window

I badly need to disable multi window setting  like split screen view and pop up view.  Please tell me how to do this?

I want to disable these features. I don't want to use the split screen view and pop up view due to some personal reason. I badly need to disable them.

Dont use them then its not like it pops up automatically you have to select them to get in that mode

My younger sister doesn't concentrate at all in her online class. During online classes, she uses multi window setting and always busy with something else. So I need to disable the feature.

Actually they are exactly like popup as this feature even when disabled will popup when online when writing comemnts or surfing the web etc. Its a real issue and has regularly every week caused me to lose work and writing due to the low memory and apps and sites unable to retain a comment if the page if left for any reason. 

The op has a legit problem which needs actual rectifying as I believe it is a long standing glitch in need or a update.

You have to manually start split screen. It's not like it opens every now and then to force you to use it.My parents doesn't even know such a feature exist because they simply doesn't use it or need it.
So how does a dormant feature bother you?
