Difference between 4G and 4G+.

Hi,

     I am using Airtel and I never saw the 4G+ sign in my Galaxy M30s.

What does it mean and how it comes?

it depends upon airtel that he has upgraded the 4g+ service in your area or not.

no Samsung has never unlock LTE+ in m series..
because M series is base on one UI core version.

4g+ it means 4g Advance (or 4.5g).

M30s supports LTE-Advanced aka LTE+ aka 4G+ aka 4.5G.

It works through carrier aggregation, which allows 4G phones to receive data from multiple bands in the 4G spectrum.
If two bands signal are available at your location then only it combines them and deliver faster download and upload speed.
It only works if multiple band signals are available.
