Did android 10 or samsung remove the ability to move apps to a sd card?

Recently I purchased F41 but unable to move all apps to sd card only few. It doesn't have any proper options to move apps. 

Even I tried developer option (force install apps on sd card) but it doesn't work. 

Some apps are installing on sd card and others are not, this is the case before developer option after turning it ON nothing changes. 

Thanks in advance for any help.

Edit : I am talking about only third party apps not default ones of google or Samsung

yaa brother but some appa doesn't work on SD cards

you can move all photos song and other folders like that so you got enough space for your using

and also 3rd party apps only work in sd card

only 3rd party apps can move to sd card.. and apps like payment can not be move to sd card.. better to use sd card only for media

ya dude I am not talking about Samsung/google default apps.
I am talking about third party apps.
