Device Heat Popup

Last 3 Days I received the Device Overheating pop-up in my Galaxy M30s Mobile. I'm not heavy user but every time I pick up my device within 2 minutes I received. anyone have solutions for this issue?

Uninstall useless apps as much as possible.
Remove cover from phone
Delete useless files

Clear unnecessary data
Clear high storage VDOs
