Galaxy M30s is continously vibrating after wet in the rain.
No display in the phone but continously vibrating only.
Provide me a solution

First of all let it dry completely. After then see how it recover. If you see any problems, chances are slim for recover and may lead to board replacement. As you saying after wet you tried to power ON, instead of Power OFF and let it dry. There might be board short, complete board failure. My J8 well recovered after falling into sink, because I let it completely dry before turning it back ON.

Even if, your screen show greenish blinking color, wait for 2_3 days instead visit service center, my m10s display had recovered automatically 2 times after water damage.
