Contacts and call logs not working

I have updated my phone to ui7 ,

My phon3 is m14

The contacts and call logs not working 

I tried Google contacts and truecaller also alternative not working 

Restarted and cleared cache ,not working 

Please help me with the issue

No. Before reset factory data take a full backup of your all data through smart switch .
