Recently I  have checked my battery usage pattern. It gave me a right battery  percentage used by each app. Then I calculated the total percentage. Result was entirely different....calculated values doesn't sync with real value...which means  phone shows 100% to 85% , ie 15% lose...but my  calculated value is 9%......6% error occurred....it doesn't give  the information of that 6% lose

yes,with me some time difference of 8-10% its may be due to device usage like power consumption in motherboard power,network board, speaker, which are not listed in battery usage,,

average screen on time for batteries are
4-5 hr for 3500mah battery
6-7 hr for 4000 mah battery
9-10hr for 6000mah battery and
11-12 hr for 7000 mah battery


it depends on usage also and ui optimization

may be where you check the apps battery consuming that was not after your last battery charge, it would be overall consumption by that particular apps.

if you share screen shot from where you see and count the %tage then it would be clear picture to understand

It goes in idle drain, you can follow these steps to reduce the battery drain
