Bought phone on 2nd october for 1lac+

I was given 3 offers on it

1  i was offered 9k cashback on hdfc credit card

2 NO cost emi on hdfc credit card

3 7k coupons on samsung shop

 

I have the charge slip from machine which says about first two offers.

All the money was charged in bill instead of installments

Samsung did not gave me coupons

Samsung says we are not responsible for all this mess

 

I wont recommend samsung to anyone and I have all the proofs

 

1. charge slip from bank

2 call recording of samsung employes how they cheat

3 Bill

 

If samsung need more money i am ready to give some donation but for god sake dont cheat customers

pls contact your bank for the emi, if you think u have been cheated, you can file a complaint at consumer court or forum

Bank denies EMI offer and the charge slip says EMI and samsung run away with money and no offers thats how they cheat customers

did you choose EMI at the time of checkout ?
* when u buy something in EMI using credit card, The total amount will get blocked or will be used at first, . from the next month you will start paying back the instalments the money will get charged back to your credit card balance.

Do as @Ehsank has suggested and give them time for may be max 10 days. Tell them CLEARLY that if you do not get satisfactory answer, you will approach consumer court.
I assume that you can afford (Since you have bought ₹ 1 Lakh phone )to hire good lawyer who is expert in consumer rights.

Samsung started new business for cheating Indians, i had ordered and canceled a mobile on 22-12-2020 through Samsung Shop app but still samsung is not refunding money,order number is 11558130882,sent mail to support.estore@samsung.com
