Charging problem

Samsung m51. The phone shows charging sign but the percentage won't go up. Like sometimes it would charge properly but sometimes it would just stay on the same digit.

This is the problem with charging cable. Check with other cable.

I bought a charger + cable like 2 months ago so I don't think it's the cable problem and I checked it with other cable too nothing changes

This is also the issue with M21 after the latest android update. Samsung should fix that. Try cooling down your phone and switch it off while charging.

Irony is M51 haven't received received any update since January

Then you should clear cache partition from service menu that is accessible during boot process.

Then it must be the issue with the charging port

I did try changing the port a few times

Charging port means the one which is in the phone in which we put the type C cable
