Cant see OneUI6 update. Is it removed?

I have not updated my M53 phone to OneUI6 yet. But now the update is removed. I can't see the OneUI6 update anywhere. I didn't downloaded because it was unstable. See,

I have been told by service center that the update will show up again after sometime. If then then they will update it manually. Does it happen?

It was not coming on my a34, did a reset and it came. Take backup before reset
