Cant find call and text on other devices

I bought new tab s9+ today. While setting it up I was looking for call and text on other devices which I was unable to find on my galaxy m31. Please help me find this. Is there any way around it if it isn't available in my phone.

It'll not be in the device as m31 is super old and this feature (call and text) is relatively new you must have Android 13 to be able to use it as i recently bought f34 which runs on Android 14 have this feature and they also cost the same though I'm not 100% if Android 13 is minimum requirement or it has to be the latest or full One UI for it !

Any one ui which has this feature will work
It's only for tablets not phones

I hope u know that m31 doesn't run on ONE UI it RUNS on ONE UI CORE version which have a lot of features missing compares to the Full ONE UI

Maybe coz my m31 is running on android 12
