I cannot switch my bluetooth audio during call,
the bluetooth button is disabled, to disconnect bluetooth I have to turn off bluetooth from Notification Shade/ Connections in Settings.
I am able to switch audio during whatsapp/ Duo Calling, but not in Samsung's "Phone" app.

I tried everything thing, app cache clear, settings reset, even Complete phone reset, but this problem is persistent even after that.

I think its a bug due to a feature update.

What is your device & android version

I can perfectly switch between the Bluetooth front speaker & bottom speaker

Between the top and bottom speakers? That's cool. How to do that?
