Most chamce is the wifi chip but you know the condition outside so first use odin to reinstall your device firmware or if you don't want that turn off your phone turn it on using the the power and volume up button use volume keys for navigation and power button for selection then select wipe cache partition any one might help but I think wifi chip is damaged
