I am troubling some camera problems after updated in android 10 I m using m20

switching photo mode to video mode taking 6 to 8 sec.

Did you do a Hard reset? It is recommended to do a hard reset after firmware update. This will reduce your problem. My m20 isn't facing this issue. Switching is taking not more than a second.

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Do the reset settings of the camera (camera>>setting>>reset setting).

3) Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

Then kindly restart the device and check the issue.
