Camera not working

My camera is not working.i cannot do any gpay and paytm transactions because of this.

I know it's not a hardware problem cause it seems to work when i don't need it.

after reset... problem was solved...?..
but again.. after some time problem came..
it means that u r using any application that is creating the issue.
try reseting again...
and check which app is the victim.

which apps u use.. ?? share screenshot of list.... from apps..
error code saying... if any app is using camera... then it will be.

Once perform reset apps preferences

Settings>apps>click 3 dots at top>select reset apps preferences

There might be a some app using device camera
