After my phone's recent update I cant access my camera. Before, I couldn't access my front camera and now both. 

Today my phone rebooted on it's own and camera happened to function properly. I checked my gallery and my photos were gone. 

Now I cant access my camera and I have lost my photos.

was it working before the software update?..also every time u buy a phone also keep a backup of ur existing phone so that u don't lose ur files or photos

if you sync your galary to Google photos then you can find in Google photos
just open Google photos and check

Please be assured and perform following methods to resolve the Camera issue:-


1. Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache/data).


2. Reset the Device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset:- Settings>General Management>Reset.


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
