Call waiting not activating in M31

Recently I bought a M31. I tried to activate call waiting service on JIO sim with wi-fi calling in active mode. It gives me SIM error and Network error message. It works perfectly with Airtel Sim in the same condition. Any solution? I tired with wi-fi calling off mode and then call waiting on Jio works fine.

Put the sim in other 4G handset and do it from phone app.sometime network issue occurs.The best way to solve this

Any solution for M31 coz wanna use the sim in the same handset.
