Call Recording and Onhold issues

Hi 

I bought  Samsung Galaxy M31 mobile.

I face couple of issues :

1.Incoming Calls were recorded even though if I turn off "Auto call recording" android settings.

2.Calls were put on hold while speaking. 

Please suggest to resolve  these issues.

i think you enable from 3dot during call
if not then this is not possible
regarding hold may be accidentally you touched on hold option

press and hold phone app>app info>storage>clear cache and data once.

see if this works.

I face the same issue because of the sensitive touch I guess, while on call even if my ear touches the three dots on the right corner, it opens the options tab and again goes into hold or record call by accident

i have the same problem. while talking if accidentally ear touches the 3 dots, either call gets recorded or goes on hold. its very annoying @samsung please help with this or i will have to return the phone

This is problem in phone,while talking it opens the menu and accidentally touches record/hold button. This happens very often, call is the very basic feature of phone.  please get me it faxed.
