Cache partition deletion

If I want to delete the cache partition from recovery mode does it take factory reset my phone?

I have got 2 software update till now but nothing was changed ☹️

Agreed. My last security patch 1 October,2020 And Samsung isnt really interested to fix this issue with software update.

I have reported this issue via feedback in 2 times. But they send me their robotic answers.

i never received october patch, I'm still stuck with september, and yeah it's like no one's willing to help us from the application, i don't know if its out region that get ignored or everyone.
