C type headphones not working

I'm a M30s user and recently bought an non samsung brand c type headphones and found not connected. How to use c type headphones in this model. Does it have the compatibility?

Yes, they may not work.... I checked with samsung service center people, they recommend, only samsung accessories. This is bad, but, some are lucky.

Hi, I don't think M30s is compatible with type c earphones. I tried the same with my backup M30s and it showed that USB is not recognisable. However, it works with 3.5mm earphone jack.
