To resolve Bluetooth connectivity concern, kindly follow below steps:
1. Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier
Again turn on Bluetooth> Scan> Tap on the Bluetooth device
2. Go to settings >apps>click 3 lines right side of "your apps" enable "show system app"
>>search in search bar (just type Bluetooth">click on
1. Bluetooth
2. Bluetooth test
>storage >clear cache and data
Restart your phone and then try.

Clear Bluetooth cache/data
settings>apps>select show system apps>scroll down to Bluetooth>clear cache/data
also perform reset network settings
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset network settings
also check if Bluetooth headphone is properly charged or not
