How to find the background data usage of apps and disable them?

Long press on each app >>click on>app info>

A. Mobile data> allow background data usage>off

B. Battery >allow background activity >off
you van also disable unnecessary notifications

C. Notification >disable unnecessary notifications like promotional and unnecessary reminder notifications.

if you disable all, in one tap then it would create problem for your mobile.
so we should only disable background activity on rarely used apps and 3rd party apps
however if you do these settings on device care then if you don't use any app long time it will put that app in sleep mode

Device care>battery >power mode>select "optimised" and "adaptive power saving".

And then click on "app power management >
And enable these 2 options.
A. Adaptive battery
B. Put Unused Apps to Sleep.
