It's not possible but one think what you can do is Go to settings Click networks Click wifi Then connect to you fastest wifi Then once connected tap on setting option of wifi present at right side of you wifi name Tap on auto reconnect Then scroll down and select un matured connection

It didn't work had to manually switch to stronger wifi. As mentioned earlier even 3 to 4 Yr old smartphones of other companies have intelligent wifi selection feature . Sad Samsung doesn't have. Samsung please do something as many users will benefit and appreciate
