Auto Screen Sleep Problem

After Last Update My Device Display is not working Properly. I have Set Time of 15 seconds to turn Display auto Sleep or turn off, But it is not working I don't know why. I reset all settings and also checked all settings but still After 15 seconds  also my device Screen Is not Turning off.
