Audio gets paused automatically

Whenever i use any app that plays audio or video , both gets auto pause while playing. Eg. If i watch video on youtube, facebook, instagram or i listen music on any app it just gets pause within 10 to 15 seconda. Please help me out. 

This is my first time that i have bought samsung.

Model is M31s

Clear their cache and if possible try reinstall apps. Hope this works 😊

yes since one month i started facing this issue.

It may be some bug. Just reset only settings and see if this helps. If the bug still persists hard reset your device. Remember reseting settings won't wipe data on your device but hard reset will. Hope this helps. 😊

Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.
