Ok for That I Have One Suggestion { I Was Tried This Wen I Changed My Sim Card }
Install Google Messaging App [ only for 5 Min ]
Then Set Up it and Then Uninstall It Haha It's Funny But Usefull ( Now Rrad Carefully )
Now Restart Phone and Then Once Restart Done You Will Get Get Pop Up [ Enter Mobile Number to Activate Rich Communication ]
Then Enjoy
