That news is not official. They said only for s21 series.
You will get stable update directly. Samsung may announce in future if they wanted to give beta for all version phones.

M11 Didn't Get Beta , As Of Now Samsung Didn't Announced Beta For Their Midrangers. M11 Directly Get Stable Ver. Beta Won't Come To Ur Device.

It will not get beta, it will directly get stable android 12 next year around march ending.
