Amazon upi verification problem in Galaxy m30s

Hi..I am using samsung galaxy m30s..There is a problem in using amazon upi that the device can't verify the registered no. through sms.I checked with other devices it worked well.In app permission sms is on...I don't know what is going on this device..Pls solve the problem and I eagerly waiting for an update.

Hi Rajat, Thanks but after notification settings still my issue has not been resolved , I had attached screen shot everytime I go for sim verification I get this error, do you have any solution for this?

This happened because the popup notification feature of ur device is overriding the current Amazon action. Disable all notifications under HIDE NOTIFICATION settings and try again. Restart device and open Amazon app again and initiate the verification process.

If possible, quickly press OK or close the SMS alert popup window when appears.

Hi Rajat / Sachin, I had tried both the options but nothing worked, I even uninstalled and installed Amazon app again but facing same problem as given in screen shot, your any other suggestions will be most welcomed to sort out issue I am facing on my m30s

Okay. We will try to find out a solution. I am using Note 8 and don't know the settings of Samsung M30 bcz there might be some changes on displaying options. One thing I can assure that, this is not related to Amazon App. It is your device settings that moves the Amazon App as background task during the verification process. So on my understanding, we need to search for options that disable the flash/SMS popup notification on your device SETTINGS app.

1) Go to SETTINGS app > NOTIFICATIONS > click on "DO NOT DISTURB" > HIDE NOTIFICATIONS > enable "HIDE ALL". Then, reopen Amazon app and initiate verification process. If failed, restart device and open Amazon app and do the verification process. This should work.

Hey hi.. download this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.messaging.textrasms.manager make this your default messaging app... then disable the notifications of this app, it doesn't support flash messages.. so u can easily get ur number verified.. you may get the balance message in normal text message form.. just block that number from within the app..

guys those who are facing this problem till now, try this. just change Amazon registered mobile number for sms subscription page. This number should be same on your bank and in amazon. I had the problem with upi registration. But this trick work for me.

i Guess I Have Solution . My Device Samsung A70

Let Me Tell You What is Causing it to Fail .

The Culprit Is CLASS 0 Message It Is Overriding The current Amazon Action .

How To Fix It :-

Step 1 :- Download Google Messages.Why? cuz Default Samsung Default Messages App Doesn't Allow To Block Flash Notification Or Message Sent From Carrier.

Step 2 :- Make It Your Your Default Messages App . Then Do A Amazon UPI Verification Proces it will Fail . I knw . But 👇

Step 3 :- When You Get That CLASS 0 Message Save It Instead Of Cancelling And Memories The Name Of Sender As Shown in screenshot Attached.

Step 4:- Now Go In Google Messages app And Block The Sender In My Case It Was AZ-TFAROT.

Step 5 :- Now Go To Amazon And Do The Verification Proces .

If You Want You Can Delete Google Messages App After Work Is Done.

I Hope It Works For You Cuz It Worked For Me !

Hi all, my sim card was internally corrupted, it was known only when I updated software on m30s, I got it replaced and now working fine, there is no problem in Samsung m30s, thank you guys for all your help and solutions.
