Google Play also has withdrawn Protect Certification...
(I think its been there already with June or July Update...but I saw now)

Then surely OTA update messed up while replacing updated files. There are so many things that can go wrong during an OTA update. This is why downloading whole firmware from sammobile and then flashing it by odin is best and safest method to update. I guess you aren't passing safetynet now ?
