You can't receive any update because your phone released in 2021 with Android 10. Samsung only provide 2 OS update for entry level phones. See the screenshot here.

Samsung Galaxy M02s Launched With Android 10 And Promises Two OS Update Mad Had Got Android 11 And Android 12.It Will Not Get Anymore OS Or Security Update As It Is So Old Device.
