Yes, it's because of an infamous issue: AUTOMATIC RANDOM FREEZE AND RESTART & BOOTLOOP

Cause: System Update -> Damaged eMMC in Motherboard

Tried Safe Mode, Tried Wipe Cache Partition, Tried Factory Reset, Tried Re-Flash in Service Center, Tried Android Downgrade, Tried Almost Everything. Still Not Solved.

Only Solution (So Far): Motherboard Replacement / eMMC Repair

Now thousands of people won't buy your defective phones again, forever!

So,

DON'T LET MORE PEOPLE BECOME VICTIMS OF THE ISSUE!

How? Just Recall. It's that simple. Why? People will gain trust if Samsung recalls all defective devices, especially Samsung Galaxy M30s.

Hi Matthew, 

i too saw Issue with my phone this week. All of sudden my phone started rebooting continuously for no reason. After a weekend update. 

checking with samsung service center, they reported the mother board needs to be changed it would cost rs 7000+ for the whole thing

My m30s main speaker stopped working, so i visited the service center thinking replacing the speaker could solve the problem. But after checking they told me the problem is with the motherboard. It will cost around 7k to replace it. Its just been 1.5 yrs since i purchsed this horrible phone. Pathetic.
