Please check out. Only 2 years of OS update support is provided. So you are eligible for UI 6.1 update and next Android 15 OS IF it is released this year.

Samsung can give you an extra 4 years of update if they have a goodwill. Because Samsung M33 & M34 are very, very similar to smartphones, and M34 is promised 4 OS gen update. And M33 has the same Exynoss 1280 processor of M34.

But, they won't. They don't have an incentive to do so. Companies push their customers to buy their new product.

See the technicality. They didn't promise 2 Gen OS update. They have stated 2 YEARS.
