4k videos/movies not playing.

I bought galaxy m33 5g. I tried to play 4k sample video and its not playing. Tried different players and still the same issue. Any work atound to make it play?. Help appreciated. Thank You in advance.

Certain combination of H.265/HEVC 10 bit files will struggle to play on any mobile. Just try to download H.264 format of the same movie.
