2nd Whatsapp problem

Recently from some days im facing some message delay issue in my 2nd whatsapp 

Whosoever messages me it comes to me when i open app. I also tried it by messaging on 2nd WhatsApp and it showing only 1 tick instead of 2 tick 

I tried reinstalling and it works for sometimes and then it again stops working and shows only 1 tick on messaging

App is also in never sleeping apps

kuch kuch to mere phone mei bhi hai esi hi kuch bimari....
pr mujhe laga mere VI sim ki speed ki vjah se hai... to kabhi dhyan hi nhi diya. 😕😕

Bhai i tried with all sims but this happens all time and sometimes message delivers and sometimes not.

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Step5: Auto-restart disabled.

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to "Settings"
Step2: Tap on "Battery and device care"
Step3: Tap on Three dots
Step4: Tap on "Automation"
Step5: Disable "Auto-restart at set times" if enabled

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Error report).
