why it gives darker view while video chat in low light.?

i have a J7 max, and when i use hike video calling or watsapp video calling, its gives a darker view in low light.
the person which i'm talking to can't even see me.

i guess every j7 max user is facing this problem ..its a serious issue and i dint found a solution yet
