i recieved a notification 'ft service on factory mode ' what does it mean and it is not going out when i tried to swipe it off . please help what is this . it is coming from 'device test'. please tell me what to do now.

It is a test done at service centre. Most probably you have taken ur phone to service centre. To resolve it follow the steps
Go to setting - Apps. Enable all system apps and you will find a system app named "Device Scan". Click on it and then clear it's data. This should remove the notification.
I did the same.
