volte near the signal tower not available after software update on 14/07/2018 due to which cannot make calls using my jio sim ....only data works
Instead of volte ...now it shows 4G while the ata is on

- Kindly check with other SIM card in your device.
- Open settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, we would suggest you to visit nearby Samsung Service Centre in order to get your device software rollback to previous baseband version. To fix the Volte issue after update no charges will be required. Please find service centre details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
