volte issue

after updating my device i am not able to use volte feature which was available earlier... even i cant find volte facility in my settings...so i am unable to use jio calling feature which works on volte..
device: samsung j7(2016)
pls help!

1. insert JIO SIM in phone
2. restart phone in recovery mode
3. wipe cache 2 or 3 times
4. start phone in normal mode

- Kindly check with other SIM card in your device.
- Open settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
