If it's jio. Then i dont think they support call forwarding

my phone SIM2 is Reliance & SIM1 is jio. I had kept SIM2 to call farwoding to jio SIM1. But it is not happening

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that Please coordinate with the service provider it seems they do not provide the Call forwarding option from Relience.
