 Dear samsung, 
                           J7prime2  me aap ko bug fix Karne ki jarurat hai .because j7prime2 me battery drain fast ho rahi hai .
2-What's app file sand Karte samay app crash ho jata hai.
3-battery charging ka percent sahi nahi bata raha hai.(maine phone charge kiya 96 %switch off mode me or 6 hours baad me jab charging par lagaya to99% battery dikha raha tha(isme phone switch off hi tha kisi bhi prakar ka use nahi Kiya tha).
4-charger bhi heat ho raha hai.

yes battery draining fast and rear camera third quality.j7 prime battery and camera is far batter than it.

Try battery calibration. Allow phone to discharge completely and then in switched off mode plug in to charge to 100%. Switch on and use. Do this procedure for 2 times (do not repeat twice in continuation).
Hope this will solve the issue.
