sound problem in j7 pro

whem playing any video or song , sound getting low without change in sound level. this problem starts after reset of phone and not gone.Anyone having same problem?

yes i was suffering the same issue since 4 monthes ago but i had factory reset my phone and the sound problem were solved i think u should reset again your device

same problem in my phone but after 6 day problem solved
