sms Notification sound is getting delay

J7 PRO 2017, If we receive sms in inbox, notification sound is coming after 2 or 3 sec late. Chek this and resolve.

iam also facing the same problem here.When an otp comes it will not make sound nor popup,but when we opens the messenger app there will be the otp message and then only it makes sound and popup.Please solve the problem techies.
