screen touch works itself(without touching)

I am using j5 prime for 8 months my mobile have some problems.
1. screen flickering in low brightness
2. mobile touch works itself.( it is very irritating me).
if u anyone having above problems pls give me a suggestion to correct it......

may be water has gone inside or you have dropped your phone. try to give it a hot hair fan blower
