samsung galaxy j5 prime automatically restart

I'm from India using Galaxy J5 Prime 2016 version. Day before yesterday there was 187 mb firmware upgrade over OTA, I installed it and after that my phone became working slow and from that day till now atleast 10 times it has restarted and 2 times I needed to force start my phone.

Please help me.
