s secure not fuctioning in J7 2016!!

This app came with the oreo update..The lock and mask function doesnt work .... Any sollution guys . Even though i hv switched it on the apps doesnt lock. plz comment if u guys know....

it needs to be a system app for it to work playstore install wont work try installing custom roms
