First of all take the back up of your data 

1. Unlock OEM and USB debugging  and boot to the download mode and connect with PC 

2. Open Odin and select the twrap recovery in AP section and click start

3. After flash press vol up + power button until recovery comes in screen

4. In TWRAP do a factory reset and flash no verify and RMM bypass 

5. Then reboot your system wait for some time and your phone is rooted 

Steps are tried and is working properly for TWRAP you will get it online and No verify and RMM Bypass will also be available online
