im using samsung j7 prime im suffering with problem my play is unable to open it crashes before it open...i've solved this problem by reinstalling playstore...bt whats the cause of this problem...and now im facing problem with samsung internet..it does not open any tab it crashes before it open very frustrated please help ur support service is not good....
