How to remove alaram icon in my phone...i have restarted and also switch offed ...but its showing and alaram also in turned off mode...so please fix it

i was also having this problem i restarted phone and it gone

setting >app>samsung members app>clear data

It has relation with My Galaxy and Galaxy Widget. Just make trial & error of switching on-off.
