Galaxy JOpen device settings >> connection >> tap on bluetooth and then turn it on. Search the device name with which you wanted to connect your device in the Paired device and Available devices and tap on it.

Request you to perform some troubleshooting steps shared below to resolve the issue with Bluetooth headphone:
- Ensure that the device you wish to connect with supports the Bluetooth wireless feature.
- Ensure that your headphone is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Restart your headphone and search for the headphone again.
For Wi-Fi related issue:
- Ensure that the device software is up to date.
- If the issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
- If the issue persists, please visit the nearby service center for the inspection of the device. To locate the Service center, click the given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
