Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1) Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).
2) Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
3) Check the latest O/S update (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
